While you may consider posting details sent to a member in a PM a breach of personal trust, unless you added a privacy clause to your message then the contents are the recipients to do with as they see fit (within the laws of the land obviously).
Actually posting the pictures of 'you' without your consent may be a breach of the AUP / T&C's, however SH restricting the publication of statements made within a PM would IMO be a very dangerous thing to do.
whilst you make the rules up as you go along Brucie (paraphrased from one of your posts), the sites are there in black and white, if you feel they have been breached in any way then as sarah quite rightly says contact the appropriate party and I'm confident the neccessary action will be taken.
As you have "sent him a random photo from the internet" I would be kind of careful - I have not examined the :small-print: in detail, but would expect this to be covered somewhere to protect 3rd parties!
