Horrible taste in my mouth.
VERY WELL DONE!!
:bounce: :thrilled:
Good for you, just think of all the money you will save in time to spend for Christmas!
Sarah
After three days the Nicotine is gone from your body
The rest is now just "Will Power"
The best of luck

Excellent LB - I'm proud of you.
More so because of how down you were last week too.
This just shows what a strong person you can be!!
BIG BIG BIG HUGS!!!!!!!!
Well done LB.
I had my last ciggie on Monday. I was smoking between 30-40 a day and am finding it bloody hard. Also having that "man flu" at the moment isn't helping matters either.
Keep up the hard work.

Now all you have to worry about is the 2 stone you're gonna put on thru packing in the ciggies lol
.xX Joanne Xx.
You've quartered your chances of a heart attack already (apparently - so some acupuncturist once told me)

WELL DONE LB!!!
You've got rid of the nicotine from your system so now you just need to lose the physical habit. Apparently after two years you can class yourself as a real non-smoker and get cheaper life assurance.
 good on yer, wish i could !
I wish I had a tape of the last time someone very close to me and I spoke, their utter despair over all the cigs they'd ever smoked leading them to THIS,and how much they didn't want to die just yet.
If you can, please will add years back to your life.
This is no holier than thou, preachy thing - I've got my bad habits too !
well done lazeeboy, hope you manage to keep it up.
I used to smoke 30 a day but i gave up in January after a very good friend was diagnosed with breast cancer.
Didn't bother with nicotine patches etc, just gave them up. Though i did get through tonnes of chewing gum.
the first week or so was surprisingly easy but after 2 weeks it got really difficult. Only lasted for a few days but i was almost climing the walls!.
Soon passed though.
Giving up was one of the best decisions i have ever made and i feel so much better and healthier for it.
Good luck to you
from a very heavy smoker well done and keep it up,wish i could and mrs too
