OK so the title is a bit misleading, I just put it knowing members such as Sassy Seren would look at it and have trouble keeping their lunch down :
Hypothetically if given the chance, Say you could and it was free and available to you would you put your wife husband partner if they were willing and could do the same back, through a lie detector test just for fun/interest? The questions would be unknown by the partner before taking it?
I think i'd be OK with taking the test as I'm not sure if there anything I've held back from J, though there are no doubt things that occurred before we we're together but the subject need or thought hasn't been around to need to do so. On the other hand, would I be offended asking me to do it? Would it be ideal curiosity or a latent thought coming to the fore a mild distrust in me or would it be more?
Hello Lost x
I personally would think if we ever got to the stage of ever feeling the need to do a lie detector test would be because for some reason we have lost the trust in each other. Althought we have both done a few things that we are sorry for after, the fact we have always been honest and told each other.
If we had to use a lie detector I would think our relationship wouldnt be based on trust which we both base our reationship on.
If I put my ex-partner through a lie-detector test I think the machine would blow up!
Purely in the interest of curiosity then yes lol Plain and simply as I have absolutely nothing to declare so no risk to me what so ever.
There is a difference between lying about or hiding something and simply not discussing it. I had a life before Vills and haven't had the inclination to discuss much of it. That would take too long LOL. But if any person wanted me to take a lie detector test (doing it 'for fun' simply doesn't exist) I would refuse. Not because I have anything to 'hide' but because my life is not all up for grabs. Wierd really since I'm not exactly a private person.
