i am feeling totally shit coughing so hard its making me wretch, my back and shoulders are aching and i am in a misery snuggled in pj's fluffy slippers and big thick dressing gown, attractive sight i know redface

to cheer myself up i have had hot milk and sat with a huge tin of quality street (i dont normally eat choccy).
when you are down or off colour what cheers you up?? be it food or whatever

I hatebeing ill, I drive everyone around me mad because I whine on and on about it and feel incredibly sorry for myself! Man-flu has nothing on Cocoa-flu.
I usually wrap up in dressing gown and slippers, curl up under a duvet in front of the TV and watch back-to-back episodes of Friends and Will & Grace, drink Lemsip and sleep lots. And burst into tears at the slightest provocation, and if anyone is silly enough to come near me, whine at them about how ill I feel until they make their excuses and leave lol

I've had it for 4 weeks now, one thing on top of another & currently on day 6 of having lost my voice and I'm thoroughly pissed off with it . Feel like shite and really all I want to do is curl up in bed and sleep for a year.... but, Xmas is only days away, I cant afford time off work even though I cant physically do my job because I cant talk and look/ feel like I've been run over by a truck rolleyes

I'm up every hour or so coughing my guts up so sleep isnt happening, my ribs hurt like hell and i havent had a fag in days - which I'm sure is making it worse! :shock:
what do i do to feel better? JD in hot milk sweetened with honey, and moan about it on here of course :lol:

I try not to pop any pills, but i get so fuppin horny when I'm Ill. I know thats sounds strange, but it's like my body says 'Shit that's me out of action for weeks' an my mind says 'Bollocks, you havin it Wimp'
Next thing ya know there I am with a hard on the size of Africa ( ehem ) and no physical chance of lifting my arse off the bed let alone having sex.
