I seem to have bogged up my avatar. I was fiddling with it this afternoon. Deleted my old pic and tried to upload a different one. It was a moving gif so I tried downsizing it first as the distructions said I had to get it 102x102 pixels or smaller.
Well I did as I was told for a change but when I tried uploading it all I got was the red cross in the box.
So tried deleting that and ... nope I'm stuck with it. Can't upload anything now :doh: :upset:
Can someone help please.

What program did you use to resize it with? Some programs cant resize gifs and keep the animation (it usually either messes up the gif or saves it as a jpeg)
The gif in my sig was shrunk using Photobucket (they have an avatar setting in the edit function)
If you have an account with PB, perhaps using this with the original (if you have it) may work.

DD, the photo stuff on the site is a bit buggered up at the moment, I seem to remember someone posting about it. Might not be you doing anything wrong at all.
