Sex workers, if working in a legitimate establishment also have rights the same as any other worker.
Yes possibly they do.....but i think there are few who would try to take their employer to court over anything, that is for a number of reasons, not just the fact that there is no formal contract between them and their employer.

No, the girls run it well enough along their own lines.
I'm just bringing up this point as generally this is very true to how brothels appear to be run.....but whilst you are correct to a certain extent Duncan and generally brothels are run by the girls, they are supported massively by the criminal underworld. As a punter I can see your views but please understand that you don't know everything from the other side of things. You've made some very sweeping statements in this thread and whilst I can see your point behind a few of them I'm not sure if you are actually as aware of what really goes on in the industry as you claim to be.

What about properly managed premises. Inspected regularly where the workers are taxed and given regular medical checkups, security etc etc ...
Just to reply to this part...well medical check ups are up to the girls to sort themselves but in this day and age it's not really that difficult, I'm sure most people on here have managed to get a check up quite easily so why force girls into having regulated check ups
