Just a follow up to another coupole of threads that have been stopped.
Is dogging strictly legal?
Does this site never condone alcohol and tobbaco, both drugs that cost many lives each year?
how long will it take for this thread to be stopped?
Happy Christmas to all including the moralistic minority who rulexx
This is how I have understood it (if its wrong please feel fre to update me)having sex in the open is not strictly illegal what happens is that people can object to the act and then the police must act on it.
1. Show me the law that says having sex in your car in a car park isn't legal. There's isn't such a law (at the moment). Sex (heterosexual sex at least) outdoors - anywhere - is only illegal if someone complains.
2. It is not the point whether this site condones, accepts, or hates, the use of illegal drugs. The point is that such activity is most definately ILLEGAL. While you are correct that alcohol and drugs take more lives per year than all illegal drugs put together, the use of alcohol and tobacco are not illegal for adults, therefore this site does not moderate discussion of them. I repeat - we are not making moral judgements, we are making decisions to inhibit certain discussions so that the site doesn't get closed down.
3. It won't unless the law is compromised (see above)
4. Happy Xmas.
Well, you can argue the rights or wrongs of the thing 'til the female bovine animals come home.
As for the legal side.....viagra is a prescription drug.....and not in the aspirin league anyway.....the side effects of it include sudden death.....although the user may well die with a stiff dick and be happy with that (or a stiff clit for the other sex)
For some of the other drugs which you should NOT take when using viagra go and there are a few more....since a popular party (and legally available) drug contains nitrates (poppers AKA amyl/butyl nitrate) you should make yourself aware of what may not make you happy, but dead. If you insist on using drugs obtained except from a doctor....who *will* tell you what you should and shouldn't use it WITH.
The mods can censor if they wish, but since the whole object of this site is for sexually liberated people to meet others of the same genre, I prefer not to get into moralising. And as for legal or not.....you would need legal advice about that, but better safe than locked up.
You can buy them off the net (if you aren't getting viagra and bigger dick spam, you ain't using enough sex sites) but you're more likely to get blue chalk than viagra....or maybe worse !!
Otherwise known as peeping toms, yoyeurs etc.
Well, this is the era of the sexual offences act 2003.
Voyeurism is illegal, a specific offence if the SA act is now law.
Go and look at all of what you're illegally doing now at web site.
Stand up and be counted all you couples doing dogging, who will give a statement that they don't mind others watching them have sex ?
A quick look at the penalties for said doggers upon conviction....hmmm, up to 2 years in a sado/masochistic environment.
Yep, things sometimes change overnight.
No, dogging in the main doesn't fit these criteria. People who go to have sex in car parks know they could be watched. The watcher knows that the watched want to be watched  . Therefore, where's the crime? There isn't one. I guess the only times problems under this Section would arise is, A. if a horny couple went to a car park for shag, completely in ignorance that doggers existed - they could well be watched without their consent. Also there might be B. - a case where someone wants to be watched by some, but not others - I suppose this wouldn't happen very often as as soon as a dickhead (or your dad  ) turns up at a site the action stops. However, what bothers me about this badly worded Section is - what the hell does consent mean in this context anyway?
Yeah, yeah, I know the saying - I just think that's badly worded too! But who asked me anyway!
Yes, I did, but I didn't see on the ballot paper where to write a better definition of "consent" - perhaps my ballot paper was faulty
