If you get the chance make your way to San Francisco, I find the Americans friendly but they were more accommodating in Frisco...
Has to be my favourite city after Vancouver, BC.
I can possibly find some clubs in Frisco if you need any? I'll contact me cousin
They might exist, JD, but they are so straight over there, I seriously doubt it.
LaLa Land is sweet, but it closes at 10pm!
Go to Venice Beach and sniff out some action.
I just googled "swingers clubs Los Angeles" and got hits to several clubs there, so yes they do exist. Never been so can't recommend them though confused
LA sucks...
i wouldn't try the swingers club there only because the people in LA are horrid fake things and the whole place is just a plastic nightmare. But i have friends who live there (unfortunately) so i'll try and get you some advice from them.
but try and get down to San Fran. It's a bit of a trip but worth it. Tons of fun sex to be had there and the people are great.
If I had to live somewhere, other than New York of course, in the states, it would be San Francisco.
i was just about the go with everyone else and suggest NoCal...but since you can't go to San Fran, Fresno it is a shame.... mind you are not missing much in Oakland and Sacremento (biggest cow town on the planet)
if you staying in SoCal..(god i am so hip now) take a trip down to San Diego... it is suppose to be really really nice......if you keep going south.. mexico is suppose to be a blast!!!!
anyone... anyplace where the earth moves under my feet and i am sober is not good.... wait till you feel your first quake smile :) trust me it will be like a 2... but you will shit yourself and everyone else will piss themselves laughing at you....

its excelent..
buy the guide book from waterstones..
going to hollywood ? as well ..do the stars house tour its quiet and eyeopener
Can only agree RE LA.
I found it a difficult city to interact with. I think the whole 'drive don't walk' thing sums up the attitude of your average LA-dweller. Everyones shut off, air-conned and self contained. I spent the whole time I was there feeling like I was watching the city through a goldfish bowl, whereas in NY (or San Fran) you just kind of slot right in and feel like a local within hours.
That said, I didn't head for the clubs as you are suggesting. There is something intriguing about LA, and as there is undoubtably a more interesting underbelly to the city maybe heading straight for it is the way to go, instead of wondering around like a disorientated tourist trying to soak up the ambience.
Oh, oh, if you like eating as well as swinging then try and get to some of the cool ethnic places in Koreatown and Little Tokyo. My friends in LA feared to leave the Malibu/Brentwood/BeverlyHills areas, but I found the edgier places much more interesting.
SF is a fantastic city, and I also second the vote for San Diego if you can get down there. Wonderful place, though not sure about the swinging scene.
Hope you have a good trip.
Cheers
