I have had this coat hanging under the stairs for two months now (from the Notts mini munch). I won't name whose it is (Jas&Tim) because that could be embarrassing to the people (Jas&Tim) who left it and failed to collect it.
So, if it is not collected by the people (Jas&Tim) who left it, then I may have to have an auction. Money will be easier to post to the people (Jas&Tim) who left the coat.
So if the people (Jas&Tim) who left the coat want it back..........give me a shout. The auction starts next week if it is not claimed by the anonymous owners.

If the owners dont come forward you could always ask a mod, say Jas-Tim for arguments sake, to see if they can provide a list of suspects.
I dont know, it could have been something more fun like a pair of thongs..... mind you if it was an item left at your place after a munch I very much doubt there were many of them around. :twisted:

I'm in need of a nice new(old) coat, but woul be a little unsure about bidding as I am not sure about the history of the item.
I mean if you buy something as basic as a car off eBay you would want a full run-down of condition, service history, whether it has had any 'bangs', any rips or tears or stains.
With this auction being for something so serious as a coat i think its only right and propper that we have a full discription please.

It looks like it was made from a 1950's ex-army tent. It has a hood and the coat is 3/4 length. The cuffs are slightly worn but that is the only damage that can be seen. It is in not too bad a nick. It wraps round me 1 1/2 times so it would fit someone with a big build (you can bid now Morbius

Not sure yet... do you have the V5 for it? and is it HPI clear? i mean the way the bidding is going this is going to go for a large amount of money and i'd hate to have the former keeper turning up at my door wanting it back.
