Firstly I apologise for introducing a non-swinging topic. This has been fowarded to me, it brought a lump to my throat, poor wee scone. Anyway everyone I know will have seen it so I thought I would post it here, (felt like I had to do something) if it turns out to be a sick hoax I cannot apologise enough. Thanks.
Dear all,
The picture of this little boy has been forwarded to Jill and I from the Savills International Office in Sloane Street, London. He has obviously been separated from his parents or at worst his parents have been killed in the Indian Ocean disaster. If anyone of you happen to know who he is, then please call the number below. If you do not know who this little boy belongs to, then please pass the picture on to your entire network. Somebody out there will recognise him and be able to re-unite him with his family or friends. Thanks.
Our best regards to you all,
Andrew and Jill de Moleyns.
I can`t identify the boy, but I can post his picture on other sites I attend. It may be a long shot, but I`d urge everyone else here to do the same. Every little helps.

I would hate to think it was false, but what I can say is I received this on my work e-mail address and no spam gets through, of course someone like me who was moved by the picture could have passed it on
I have been informed that this actually a hoax by some sick person.
I received this picture a couple of days ago from the manager of a discussion group, of which I am a member. The following day he sent a follow-up email apologising to all the group members because he learnt that the boy was actually identified some days ago.
There has been a lengthy discussion on this other forum about this chainmail, & the manager says it is definitely a hoax.
this boy was sorted a week ago, it was on BBC news. it's now spam, and there are special websites set up to deal with this stuff, as well as helplines etc. someone, somewhere obviously thought it would be a good idea to start a chain letter and it seems to have worked, this particular mail is now more popular than most viruses, and is partly responsible for the internet being slow and expensive.
sorry for the rant but it drives me crazy...nice idea posting here though as it doesn't mean everyone has to download a separate copy surprised)

chances are, if you are moved by the email, and it asks you to forward to everyone you know it isn't genuine, it's like the bank ones etc. just someone who thinks it's funny, or has an agenda of their own.

Why?
You sick of me already?
No, not gullible, just too nice not to react. We shouldn`t have to be suspicious all of the time, but thankyou to those who spoke up and ended one chain of possible upset, which Wild Willy was most certainly not responsible for.
