Loved and missed
What a lovely thread...... 
I miss certain people.......KitKat, Fred/Wilma, YinYang who hasn't been around for a while......and I miss all those people who came on and then disappeared......
Thanks to all those who help to make this site the wonderful place it is........I love it here and it's made me have so much confidence in myself....I've made some wonderful friends here......thank you all......

I'd like to raise a glass to the lovely lady who 'accidentally' left two bottles of wine in my fridge. I'm saving them in the hope she'll be present to raise her glass with me. 
In the meantime, I propose a toast to Mark & Helen, all the mods, old friends, new friends, friends I've yet to meet, and the wonderful people too numerous to mention who make SH the fab place it is.

When I first started to use the site the chatroom was a small community of very friendly people that have all but now disappeared. You probably won't recognise most ot these nicknames but they're all missed because IMHO they all helped to make this site what it is today:

I was quite concerned before the first NW munch but fortunately those concerns were unfounded. It took a lot of courage to do what you did and I have the upmost respect for it.
If the tolerence and acceptance ever disappears from this site I'd be leaving.

Those who spoke to me, found me attractive, helping me in finding a self worth which was lacking. Those who spoke to me, didn't find me attractive and realised i didn't give a shit. Those who shared with me, and taught me to appreciate and blossom. Those who i haven't spoken with, but i have listened and read, and pondered. Those who have shared and given courage to overcome some of my personal turmoils.

As for this threads actual theme,its made me think of being with a special someone sharing a magical moment,Christmas Eve afternoon 1984 - I shall always miss her!

It was only earlier this week that I was thinking how much I miss seeing KitKat on here. However, this thread inspired me to send them a text, and we got a lovely reply.
Thanks to those who have mentioned Sappho and me. We haven't exactly left, just don't seem to find the time to come in here as often as we would like. However, we do miss the wonderful people we have met here and we don't want to lose touch with you all.
I also really miss the weekly chat I used to have with the wonderful Jags. I must make a point of re-instituting those :doh:
