I was given some of this stuff for my birthday in september and only knew what to do with one of em.
Then a couple of weeks ago we went to get a present for *His* mom and omg we had to get an assistant to explain it all for us lol
We got his mom a lovely gift box but I think I came out with more than we'd actually got for her! Our bathroom now smells lovely. I just need to figure out how to use it all now
*Her*
mmmm i've just had a bath with the bubble bar slice... my skin smells divine! biggrin

Gem some of the items can be broken up and used a little at a time, such as bubble bars.
Go on, give them a try, you will love it

kiss Thanks for that tip.
I've broken a big gold ball thingie in half, one of the calming ones cos I'm quite tense atm, chucked it in the bath enjoyed watching it fizz and now I'm mortified cos it looks like there are small bug things in my bath! It's actually pine needles or something.... is that supposed to happen? Bits in my bath like I've got in it with dirty feet? dunno
Gem. x - seriously confussed
lol Gem
sounds like a Golden Slumbers - its bits of lavendar in ya bath, and perfectly normal
if you dont like the 'bits', put the bomb inside an old pair of tights/ pop socks whatever, and either hang it over the taps or tie a knot and chuck it in as normal  you'll still get the smell and the good stuff in your water but no bits
I'm about to get Youki-hi'd
Karma'd
Stroked
shimmy shimmied
and whip-sticked
 rotflmao

Floating island melt.. it looks like a cup cake! lol.. mmm i love them!
lol Now you tell me! rolleyes smile Thanks for that tip, I hate bits in my bath.
We once had this bath bomb with petals in it, looked very romantic until we got out and was picking out petals from every oraface for about a week! Ok, it was a few hours, but just seemed like a week! redface
Will it make me sleepy? I've got pmt n period ache so I'm feeling quite uptight. It's not going to make me comatosed is it? I've got a bit of driving to do today!
Lavendar is a natural sleep aid, hence the name slumbers lol
but no, lie back, relax and think of England for half hour, it'll seriously chill you out, inhale deeply, and the bath itself will aid period pain anyway
the 'sleepy' effect will wear off once you get out the bath and start pottering about - and wont be as potent is you've only used half wink

And me! I think I need to get myself into a Lush shop and investigate all these fab things you`ve all posted about.
Next time I'm sooo doing the tight thing. Every two minutes I was freaking myself out that I had creepycrawlies in the bath with me! redface Once I'd got used to it, the bath was lovely and relaxing, my skin feels so soft now.
Thanks for the tips.
Oh and the ache is gone too! biggrin

Darkfire, that's excellant advice, why didn't i think of that?? I get sick of all the bits floating around also esp. as I like to sink into bath and they get in my hair!
I've got a massage bar its great !
A bloke here who uses Lush though I'm not as obsessive as some. I use various shampoo soaps, currently using Karma. I have used Soak and Float in the past, the one that smells of creosote. I use dusting powders too - Silken Underwear, Karma and Ginger. Ginger had glitter in it I discovered too late. Glitter is decidedly unblokey! My black cat loved rolling in it though - a black cat with glitter on it is something to see. I sometimes use a shaving oil and a face moisturiser.
Flying Fox is a fanatastic jasmine shower gel.

Nice to see a man admitting he uses the products! ... my hubby wouldn't touch the stuff with a barge pole... shame but there you go, cannot change a person can we?
Karma very very nice, I had a sample of that one. Also, another one for you to try is the ice blue or ice cold cannot remember full name but its blue and has menthol in, very good for waking up in shower in morning lol

PoshKate, if you like showers and like jasmine, try Flying Fox shower gel. It is really intense. Some have said the smell is aphrodisiac but on this site it is a bit like taking coals to Newcastle.
