What do you get most luck with meeting people .
Me and my buddy have been meeting couples for about 8 months together .
Lately we are meeting some really nice people .
But it crossed my mind a few weeks ago that the people we have met have only been from Email contact not messenger .
I thought it would be better if we chatted on messenger first but in our experiance its not .
We have a long list of couples on messenger and have only met 1 from that list the rest we Have met from just emails .
I wonderd if any other people have found this the case .

I agree with you - the majority of people I have met have been through emails - once you get on messenger seems very easy to fall into a friendship type situation and then the meeting becomes a bigger step as you dont want to ruin your image of someone etc...

I am crap at both! I'm OK out in a crowd, but soon as you get me in a room alone - either physically or virtually, ! :uhoh:
Most of the people I meet are from Kit grabbing me by the ear and saying "come and meet ......"
I get to know people best by watching how they are with others rather than with me, so I like anything that is more a group situation. - So MSN would be slightly the favourite to me.

I feel that making contact through email just feels a lot more personal, kinda worthwhile if you know what I mean. Its the excitement / expectation of waiting for the reply that I like. Similar to going on your first date you gotta put the leg work in.
