my recommendation would be to use sensitive 'hair removal chemicals', e.g. Veet, or Nair. Moisturize well before doing anything, and after. Also have a tub of sudcrem handy. Shaving causes too much rash, and minor cuts on 'bits'. Waxing ..... is for those into extreme BDSM, and causes more rash. Treat cuts, and bad rash with sudcrem (wear an older pair of boxers during treatment

As to what the ladies prefer, I can only really speak for one. Kay like's hairy chest, and legs. Not into heavy duty back hair. Clean or trimmed boy bits.
Your profile looks good to me (insofar as I should be looking at your profile :) ) .... I believe that most ladies prefer chest and subtle bulge shots to 'knob' .... unless you are 15" and need to prove it. You might want to put a face shot on (it may improve your chances), but then again you might not?
I started this 'life style' in similar circumstances (separated after 17 years, never mind fantasies, after my 'ex' I just wanted to get laid) by going to a club on my own (I got the details of the Club from SH, and joined later that evening). Look for various club meets on the forums and see if you can hook up with other folks (it is a lot cheaper if you can find a 'spare' single fem).
I would strongly recommend you attend socials, and munches, these are non active swinging events. But you get 'out and about', find your feet, and meet people. Most couples and single ladies are more likely to consider you seriously for a 'meet' if you have already met socially.
The attitude with all of this is 'have fun whatever' and everything else is a bonus :) (my wife who I in fact met at that very first club).

with my partner I didn't really mind what he did down there..however..
with a stranger I kinda expect it to be shaved and very closely trimmed...especially since I do like that area..a lot..up close..very much..:inlove:

Yep as the comments on the link MartnJewl has posted suggests ... YMMV. Try on a small area first and have the shower running lukewarm water at the time.
Welcome Ash. I just wanted to say that your profile reads well, you say what situation you're at and what you're hoping to achieve. Regarding genital hair - I'd say wait to ask your prospective playmates for their preferences, if that is important to them. There are quite a few threads here in the forum discussing people's preferences in general, if you're curious.
I regularly use Veet and have found the results can vary quite a bit. I use the blue boxed one which says it includes aloa vera, but please follow instruction to the letter. I can get burned from it if I leave it on for 10 minutes or more (not recommended to exceed 10 min on packet)so use a stopwatch or clock.
I used this on a female partner some years ago and she was badly burned by it, so please try an area before using creams.
For me the Veet cream works well and every time, however, just be carefull with it or you could be walking funny for a week or so.

In my experience shaving gives less of a rash than anything else, but the best combo I've found is a mix of shaving and trimming. Sensitive areas like the corner between your scrotum and inner thigh can become very uncomfortable as the hair grows back, even just a few hours after hair like here, around the base of the shaft are best trimmed to a grade 2 (I use an inexpensive Wahl adjustable male grooming trimmer on grade 2) or however short/long your comfortable with.
For the completely hairless areas, I just use a Mach 3 razor and Nivea for Men sensitive shaving cream as I would on my face. Never experienced any cuts or rashes being careful this way, just as I don't on my face. In fact the only difficulty is getting to all of it around my scrotum, because if somehow avoids the razor!

Hey guys.. well i am a shaver.
Unfortunately for some reason my hair follicles are not liking the whole shave deal right now. So the docs have suggested hair removal via other means like veet.
I personally think veet stinks.. and dont still understand how to use it, as it does very little.
Do you think waxing will be excrutiating on a ball sack and penile skin.

I still don't understand why people would want to use razor blades or caustic chemicals around the most sensitive parts of their bodies! :scared:
I use my Braun 'leccy shaver. A light dusting of talc first, then it's just two minutes to make things silky smooth. And no shaving rash or ingrown hairs. Simples!
