Is it all Gay orientated. Or can you take your straight female partner there . Hoping she gets a hit...

Very unlikely. The men on Canal street are not interested in straight females, in fact they are usually regarded as a nuisance owing to the number of straight females (hen parties) who invade Canal St at weekends.

She may find it interesting though.
I know a straight couple who regularly pretend to be friends in gay bars because she, and I think to a certain extent he, find it a turn on when he gets hit on. He looks like, and is, a middle aged carpenter. He always gets hit on by bi/gay men but never straight women and appears to enjoy the attention. Unfortunately he's not interested in men.

We have been there many times, it is full of people who know how to have fun, mostly gay/bi but many straight and bi couples and singles either way she will have a great time and lots of fun x

We lived in Droylsden many years ago. At that time it was great for couples. Always remember either of us being hit on when either of us went to the loo. There was a few Hen parties simply because women felt safe. Then obviously word got round to Stag doos. Hence we haven't been down for years.
