I used to go out there a lot when I was student in Manchester. The Paradise Factory was my favourite haunt but that was more than 12 years ago. I was recently told it's not there now. sad

No The factory is not in the village now, but I have heard that it moved down Deansgate way but not entirely sure. But the village is still a great night out especially if you can play out till it becomes daylight. There is one club on Bloom/Chorlton street that doesn't close until 6am.

Spent many a night out til dawn in the village. Some fabulous memories .... great people, great music, amazing clothes! Aaaaah back in the days when I was still curious!

yeah, the village can be good, but at the moment there are loads of stag night parties ruining the atmosphere. which might sound a bit unfair, but when your having a couple of drinks with a mate and suddenyl the whole pub is filed with inane screeching, it can annoy you a bit
