I am making the yearly batch of marmalade. I'll probably do a Delia on it.
Does anyone else make marmalade, how do you do it, how do you like it.
Any special treatments?
Or is this a Marmite question?
:P
I'll order 5 jars please Duncan - I love the stuff as long as you don't make it too sweet
pink x
Are you feeling ok this morning Duncan? lol
Actually I quite like marmalade but I buy it, couldn't be tattered with the boiling and testing etc.,
Enjoy tho!
I thought this was going to be a thread about the other marmalade ...you know, the one that goes well with cocoa. lol

I was going to say that you don't have to make Marmalade - he does it naturally.
.
Try blending a small red chillie down into a paste and adding a small amount to each jar for a bit of an extra kick
And 2 jars for me please
Ta Reacher
We don't make it but we use a lot of it. For me it has to have bits in though. Mrs C accidentally picked up a jar of 'shredless' the other week. I really can't see the point - might as well put orange jelly on ya toast confused
Love marmalade wouldnt have a clue how 2 make it tho lol
Not made marmalade for years. Has to be shredless though, and preferably lime.

I like it with the bits, Fire likes it without….
As I do most of the shopping, we have bits biggrin
Wonders if HFW has a recipe for Marmalade?
Mmmmm marmalade, not had it for ages. It has to have bits in though.
Used to like the Orange Curd too.
I love it - with or without bits. Needs to have a strong flavour to satisfy me though.
Can you make vodka maramalade?

I should think cointreau marmalade could have possibilities.

the lp play-bag, can, I'm sure, be adapted to hold a banana (organic) or two, small jar of marmite, and perhaps even a *speciality* spreader..... just to give an 'edge' to preperation...
as for the marmalade... well...
