Yes, I have been worried sick about a site member before, only to find out later, he was working a double shift and not able to get to a 'puter/phone for 48 hrs.
He's banned now, but that's another story.

Both, there are some decent shipwrecks out there, probably the most famous is the , a WW2 cargo ship full with motorbikes, cars, a train, various arms and armaments.
The wildlife is great there too, hammerhead sharks are seen there, but not usually this time of year, nor this far north. Some of the corals here are pretty impressive, I have a vivid image of an enormous (probably about 6 feet or so) fan coral (looks like a fan standing up oddly enough) waving in the swell. I also remember swimming past a stately turtle, swimming in the oposite direction. Fantastic!

It would be brill, I agree, but how many people are qualified? I think it'd be a bit of a niche thing.
What I will do is next time I go abroad to do it I'll advertise it to see if anyone wants to join me. If anyone wanted to get qualified before hand there are at least a few of us who could advise on where to go or what to look out for.
Also, during the summer I plan to do a bit more around the uk during the weekends, like I did before SH started stealing my weekends
so if anyone wanted to come I'm sure we could sort something out, but UK diving is a bit different to the Red Sea!Chris

I thought you lot used the overpriced and over subscribed Stoney from London, not familiar with Wraysbury.
I want to try out " " sometime soon, 2 metre deep underground reservoir, totally dark aparantly. It's also only about 10 mins from my work!
