My first munch drinkies

and a massive thank you to Blue and Satin for the invite :inlove: For any newbies (like me!) reading this, I was asked on several occassions how I got invited to a munch after only 4-5 weeks on the site. Aside from shagging Blue in my second week in the forum wink

, to quote SteveG_NW, "it's all about attitude". I'd like to think so, so take note. SH is a fun place - treat people as you'd like to treated, abuse them occassionally :wink: and you'll get on just fine here.
There's always a danger of mentioning individuals in this situation, in case you forget anyone, but as so many people, made me fee so welcome... I'm going to do it anyway biggrin

Blue & Satin - what a lovely couple. Satin - I really enjoyed our conversations early on, you have a way of making straight men relax and tell you everything about them :wink: Please teach me how :wink: Blue - not only are you smart, you're a very sexy lady too.. and so unassuming!
Frecklebird & Mr Freckledbird - what can I say? Thank you. My dinner partners and SH guardians for the evening and the main reason I've enjoyed the forum so much to date. And let's face it, if you're gonna have a 'guardian angel' Bev... you're a sexy, classy one at that (and it always helps when they are 6'2", built and sexy like Mr FB) redface

I think I spoke to most people at some point in what was a very long and enjoyable evening - 5 hours? So, to Naughty Wigan Couple, Little Gem, SteveG_NW, Sarah1448, Dambuster, GenHertsCpl, Maz, djcouple, Stuart and Tanina, Mal609, Calista and Morbius, molly and chris and Mike North, thank you all for making me feel welcome :D If I've missed anyone, sorry, the whisky was working it's magic last night!
A few final words (Jesus! I sound like an oscar winner!). HannahnAlex - Hannah, you're a very lucky lady (as is Alex, of course) :wink: I didn't speak to you (tried my hardest mind :wink: ) but will hopegully get the chance to say 'hi' in the future at some point. Scandal ... is a hologram - nuff said :D And last, but by no means least, JudyTV - thank you for walking me back to my hotel (the one way systems in Manchester are so confusing and I hope you aren't too sore this morning sweetheart :shock: :wink: Seriously though, I enjoyed talking - rugby and all :D
I'm never a man of few words (I'll leave that to Blue :wink: ) so sorry if I've rambled but I had a really great time.
My advice for those that don't or haven't yet dared? Get to munches and get to know people - it makes the world a much more interesting place.

Thanks Blue for arranging it and Judy for arranging the meal. We both has an awesome time, got home about 3 am, just getting out of bed now.

Very big thank you to Blue and Satin for arranging and organising a fantastic night. We met so many wonderful people, way too many for me to sit here and list them all, but thank you to everyone, it was brilliant to put faces to the names! The venue was great, the people great, and the atmosphere was fantasic!
Sorry we left early but Mr NWC had been full of a cold all day and it was starting to get a little bit too much for him. Promise we will stay longer next time!
However I have got to say one thing, Mal - nice bum! lol

Was great to see everyone again last night....once again thansk to blue and satan for all their efforts and am sure everyone enjoyed themselves.....
highlight of my night..getting a snog off sugarspice (and got the photo to prove it)..... low point... hannahnalex didnt buy me a drink all evening, despite being so flush....
Serioulsy..great evening... lets do it again soon..

A big thankyou here from me too!
The night started out with me being late as usual! lol

Then as we were walking from the restaurant to the bar there was this voice behind us that said, "hello swingers" I nearly died until I turned around and saw Ian and Red grinning back! Naughty! :lol:

I enjoyed last night. Thanks to the diners at the pre-munch meal, who started off the evening so well, and thanks to the late-night set, who rounded things off equally brilliantly. In between it was a good evening indeed. I'm gonna follow the fashion and not name names, except to say that there were a few people who weren't there who were sorely missed: one knows who she is, and the other was Scandal, yellow card for you, lad!

I would just like to add my thanks to Blue and Satin for organising this Munch. Always great to catch up with old friends and make new ones. It was a good manageable number too, so although I missed chatting to some, hopefully I won't miss them next time round.
I hope everyone managed to get home safely and especially to those who travelled a considerable distance to get there. I hope the effort was worth it - I certainly appreciated it.

As one of the SH double munch / meeting record holders, 650 miles in a weekend to attend both events, thanks to my travelling companions Danbuster and Mrs GHC.
I would like to say to Blue and Satin a big thankyou for yet another wonderful night, it was good to meet so many of you all.

Had a good laugh in the car but im still wondering about yr explanation about the scratches on the ceiling of your car confused

Thank you to everyone who attended last night, what a fantastic turn out! lol

The music in the venue was far too loud for an old person such as myself, so thanks to Mistress Sassy for the head ache pills smile

It was great to meet up with the usual suspects yet again (most of you will will be seeing in 13 days time over on the darkside :twisted: )... and good to meet some new friends too (Bloke2005, how popular were YOU! :twisted: :lol: ).
These SH social are getting better and better.... who'd have thought that a gang from a pervy website can have so much fun without even taking their clothes off :shock: :lol:
I must say that the southern trollops (including Dambuster :P ) have my total respect for attending two SH socials in the same day at different ends of the country.... who says there's a north -south divide :shock: )
Finally, thanks to Judy for helping people out with advice on hotels and the like, and to Little Gem for sorting the venue.

How prophetic Mike ! Only it was a red card I got.
You see unbeknown to all of you I did attend the Mini Munch last night.

Scandal, how bluddy annoying, to put it mildly. Unbeknown to you, a group of about a dozen of us were still in the bistro along the street having a meal when all this was happening to you, and it was just after 9pm before we all entered the munch main bar, without any trouble at all. Next time we must keep in touch by mobile and "synchronise our entrance", not that we should have to.... what a bugger! :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

Well I had a great night. Big big thanks to djcouple for giving me a lift there and back and I'm also gonna blame them for me waking up with a hangover this morning cos i didn't have to drive.
God knows who that table full of people was that I scared off at the beginning of the evening by asking them what their froum names where...........lol.
The whole evening went really really well and it was nice to just let my hair down *insert joke here* and relax for the night. Great fun.
