If you are looking for a life partner then of course real names do matter. Although intially it would still be a swinging experience. If you get my drift. It can take a while before someone would trust you enough to give out vital information about themselves. Not only for personal security but for piece of mind too.

I was thinking about this bit, the name. How on eath do you know that they are telling you their true name anyway.
I tell people my real name is Dawn, but you don't really know for sure
You could meet me, talk one the phone, shag the arse off me, come to the house, you'd still never know what my real name is. You'd have to check my passort for that surely

Disrepute has to be qualified in court. Employment law caters for that. Just look at precedents of "professionals" (sp) who have not been struck off for alledged disrepute. ACAS would love it.
