They just need a little training in good old BLS (that's Breast-Lifting Skills in this scenario...) and maybe a little ATLS (Alternate Tit-Licking Skills) and they should be OK. :P

Ahh well if we talking abbreviations then following your ATLS I would suggest a little light PHTLS ... (Pre Hip Thrust Loosening Stance) or there can be a risk of back injury in any strenuous activity.
Edit: So we don't get accused of elitist inside jokes, here is the real other meanings of the gibberish I posting...
PHTLS - Pre Hospital Trauma Life Support (Its an exam)

Quite right too! Can't have SH members going off sick with back injuries because of a lack of appropriate PHTLS!!
Perish the thought that they may come to need an AED (Automated Erection Device) - that would just be disastrous! Although for those that suffer this grievous injury, I understand that there are several models available:
the EMT: (Easily made Throbbing) which works within 8 minutes and knows how to get you just where you want to be.
the EMT-P: (Easily made Throbbing ) which also works in 8 minutes but despite having more bells and whistles has sometimes been known to mess you about a bit before getting you to where you need to be.
the BASICS model: (Bloody Awesome; Size is constantly Surprising!). These are much rarer finds but have even more bells and whistles than the EMT-P and although they can take longer to come the seem to enjoy what they do when they get there.
(To anyone who is now totally lost - don't worry about it. No, REALLY, don't worry about it - it's not worth finding out about, honest!)
