Im definately not all there, even if I still do have my tonsils, appendix and one or two other organs. However, one or two important bits have gone walkabout (and I am not referring to two major bits heading south). 
I still have my wisdom teeth (honest) but one of them maybe going for a trip if it keeps growing at the rate it is

I've had to have my wisdom teeth removed years ago but still have my tonsils, appendix etc. I'm missing a few major bits further south ( well not missing exactly - glad to see the back of em! :bounce: )
The things I've never had but wish I did is nips - always had innies and I'm so jealous of women with church pegs ( but that's not the reason I perv them so often though

I've got something missing from my blood (clotting factor) - tho my levels do and can change from one week to the next, so I'm a lower risk most of the time >crosses fingers<. Means if I have a major op, I could be at risk of severe bleeding if my levels are low.
Its a family thing, most of us have it. Tho, my Mom & son has it worse than the rest of us and they have other rare blood disorders (each different one) that don't play well with vW.
Oh, and Im missing a small fragment of bone in one elbow - shattered into little bits when I was a kid

I've got a few thousand brain cells missing from when I had a brain virus.
I've had a few moles either cut out or frozen off.
I've got a dent in my leg after a motorbike accident and a chunk of me got gouged out.
I've had a bit of my cornea lasered to correct my vision on both sides.
I have had 6 teeth taken out for when I had a brace as a teenager, but got all my wisdom teeth
I have a slight dent that you can see when I smile above one eye where a metal pole thing landed on me from a great hight as a child.
I think that is it :)
