Well.....world cup starts on friday......but more important that that...is Wednesday....its the start of the very last Big Brother ( well on Channel 4 anyway ) . Lets see what this year brings, and I do predict being the last, it will be one of the very best.

The first series was great... mostly because they were reasonably normal people going into something new and had no idea of the after effects. Now it's like the weirder, more fucked up the person the better so they can find their five minutes of fame.

The biggest sporting event on Earth against a bunch of misfits, freaks and talentless wannabe's.
Once upon a time, a family day out consisted of going to the local asylum to laugh at "the loonies", now they get put on prime time television for 6 weeks. I'd rather watch the Belgian Tiddlywinks Championship (regional heats) than waste my life watching Big Brother.

this programme is partly responsible for the lowering of quality tv programmes.
it would have been better to put cameras in broadmoor and let the nutters go at each other than paying made up so called celebrities.
more than half of the so called stars that have appeared in the celebrity version are not decent people, just a bunch of low life wankers that have caused misery to others some have even been responsible for another death yet we think its alright.
most of the public who end up in the house are again just loud mouth arseholes who are delibrately planted to make people watch it.
And it shows what sort of society we are when someone is found out to be a vile racist and not ashamed of it most forgive just because she is ill.
If anything what big brother has shown us is that in this country we have a majority of low life two faced backstabing arseholes who need putting up against the wall and shot!
And just like in roman times a vast amount of upper class or those who think they are cast judgement on the scum in front of them.
