Its been in the news recently, but for those who havent seen it...see below..
Advise is....contact the mortgage providers, and request the difference back between the amount in the mortgage offer letter, and the amount charged. Simple. I've just contacted my mortgage providers that i've used since 1996. Already got £195 back from only 2 of them. The others are being looked into.
