Please everyone BEWARE!!!! Munches can seriously damage your health.
During the NW munch,some clever dick thought it would be a good idea to play in the kids play we all thought,the proplem is that the slide fecking fucked my back up.
Ive heriocally carried on at work for the past month and a half,but had to go to the doctors yesterday because the pain was getting to much for even me :shock: .I'm now forced to do light duties at work for a fortnight,which trust me is boring as shite!!!
So if anyone decides to get any bright ideas at the forthcoming munches,just twat them in the mouth mad

What did the quack say you'd done to your back and did he suggest whether or not a Chiropracter would be useful? GT had an aching neck for a while and he went to one which turned out to be a good idea...

The doc said that ive strained my back and that i should have some physiotherapy.

If it's muscular damage try Arnica gel
If it's actual joint displacement etc definately try a chiropractor....

I felt very nervous before my first munch. Will people talk to me? I am wearing suitable attire? Will they be clicky? What if I said the wrong thing? Those questions and many more were running through my head.
"Nothing ventured, nothing gained" is my motto, so I put a big smile on my face and had a fantastic evening.
