grrrr this morning get wokrn up to the great tune of the Great Escape on me mobile (its my alarm clock). Then my normal alarm clock goes of.
I get up jump in the bath, get out of the bath face the dragon (my mother) what time do u call this. I say roughly Its u ideiot. Oppps looks like i forgot to change my clock.

yes tell me about it....
i was sitting down with a mug of coffee waiting for match of the day to start at and some programme called reporters came on. i checked the tv guide - yes match of the day, checked sky and it was there too - then realised what i had done mad

so went out for a 5 mile run to burn off the pent up anger of being a tit lol
