I've finally got around to changing my name after I realised what a bugger search engines are. I put my old name into google and hey presto, there I was in my full glory. Not a problem until I realised there were a few people I knew who'd heard my old name before, a good few years ago but it cropped up again out the blue quite recently!! Hopefully over time my old entries will drift away and disappear??

i wondered why you had changed your name
he almost broke the search engine coming up on 35 different searches!

I have to say I think it is mainly our own fault for being lazy and unsecure...
If you really want to hide what you are doing from people then you should not really be using the same ID as you have on other sites, forums, email addresses, messengers etc..
But it very much like passwords, people just finding it easier using the same one on everything...

Yes I found that out too, but it made me laugh actually as it reminded me of the the rubbish that I actually post lol
