Naughty But Nice

Ive just committed the ultimate dieter's sin redface

I went to a bakery this morning with a friend to pick up a birthday cake for a party tommorow :bounce:
What a bad move for someone supposed to be on a diet confused

Anyway, this cream cake sitting on the shelf, looking so naughty but nice was calling "please pick me, please pick me" lol

So I did

I just ate it sitting here reading the forum's.
Now I feel soooooo guilty sad

It was very nice though and I haven't had one for a long time.
Have you had/done anything naughty but nice recently? Would you like to do something naughty but nice? what would you like to do? :rascal:

Hmm Naughy but Nice.
Well I have restrained my self from having that last bottle of Ale until I had completed a few basic tasks.
I completed them today so for my treat I will be opening the Beer ( ohh the belly requires work ! ) and enjoying a little pleasure for that last week of pain.

Louise, dearest, one cake will NOT ruin your diet, nor will it put on lbs. You have to overeat by about 3,000 calories (in a week I think) to put on one lb. I had a lovely meal with friends last weekend, I ate a lovely meal and umpteen bacardi's and I've still lost 3lbs this week.
Now, enjoy and lick the plate for total satisfaction! :lickface:

Aww, I know but it's a slippery slide for me, once you pop you can't stop, sums me up redface

Saying that, im so addicted to sugar/sugary things im finding it very hard. Especially with a load of stress to deal with too.
I shall get back on that horse though lol
