Maybe once you get yourselves known on the forums attending a munch and getting to know the people on the site may relax her a bit and she could make contacts that way. Or even when placing an ad, having an informal drink first with the other person with no definate plans for sex might be an idea. If it feels natural then you could go ahead with it.
