New guy in town

Hi Guys,
I'm Steve and I joined today. (Sounds like an AA meeting) biggrin

I read a thread about introducing yourself so here goes.
I'm the wrong side of 50 if you like younger men but the right side of 50 if you like older ones.
As you see from my picture on the left, I'm a parrot lover and she is called Geordie.
I live in the North West of England and spend most of my time in a shed in the garden.
Not just an ordinary shed though, more like a home from home with all the mod cons.
I retired 10 years ago aged 45 and have no idea how I ever found the time to go to work.
I can usually see the funny side of any given situation and about the only thing I don't like is sleeping in the damp bit.

Cooker.
3 tier steamer,
George Foreman grill,
Microwave.
Liquidiser
Big TV.
Computer with Broadband.
Hi-Fi system.
Room for 12 seated for the movies.
It's a big shed and all made by my youngest boy and myself over 3 weekends.
Todays quote from the shed......
