Newbe Question - What is a munch??

Hi All,
Total newbe question, I keep seeing Munch mentioned, I have tried to search the forums for a description of one but cant find one, lots of posts contain the word...
Could anyone give me a brief description, I got an idea from the general posts but want to be sure I got right end of stick. Trying to avoid foot in mouth syndrome (although someone elses can be fun, sorry I digress wink

)
Apologies for what must seem an obvious question, my other half could be described as intrigued by my ideas of broadening our lives and I want to ensure they are what I think they are before putting forward a request to attend...
(No she not being forced for any Sun reporters after a story, I know what no means, do you know what decency is??)

If you go to the front page of the forum, on the Lets Meet Up section just underneath the title, you'll see "munches" written in blue. Click on that and it'll tell you all you need to know! biggrin
