Hello, we are totally new to swinging, and hoping to get a little advice. What we'd like to try -- at least for now -- is just exhibitionism/voyeurism. Our impression from reading around the forums is that we might be most comfortable (again, for now) at a club rather than at a house party or smaller venue. However, and this is probably the tricky part, one of us has an aversion to seeing porn, and we understand from reading reviews of clubs that there is often porn playing. (We know, it seems silly....happy to watch people going at it live, and to be watched, but turned off by photos/video...but whatever, it is what it is.) So as a first question: Does anyone have any tips on clubs, preferably in the London area, that don't have porn, or, if there is porn, it is easily avoided?
Second, (and perhaps we are being too fussy), we think we'd be most comfortable at a club where people wear something like street clothes (if they wear anything at all). In other words, while we totally respect the 'sexy outfits/stillettos/pvc, etc.' look, it probably isn't for us. Does anyone have suggestions on a place we might try?
Thanks, of course, for any tips or advice. We just want to dip our toes into the scene and figure the best way to do that is in a way that makes us both as comfortable as possible.

Thanks Kaznkev, this is a bit reassuring. It would be good if anyone has specifics on clubs near London or in the Southeast (or Midlands...if we get desperate?) that are relatively porn free. For instance, in a lot of ways the Our Place 4 Fun club in North London sounds idea, but a couple of the reviews mention porn and we're not sure how explicit it is. Of course, a phone call would clear that up, but if anyone else has tips or advice we'd be very grateful.

Been to 3/4 clubs and whilst there is some porn, it's always been in a particular room, usually called the 'cinema' or 'porn' room. You tend to have to go looking for it, I mean why watch the telly when it's happening 5 ft in front of you

As for dress, some clubs are lingerie/towel and some are 'street clothes' although I've never seen anyone on the street in what some people were wearing :shock:

We've been to 1 club partners, most people got dressed up to walk though the door but knickers was the most people wore once they got down to it.
You should be smart usually trainers are no allowed.
In partners there was porn on tv in some rooms but if you don't want it on there are other rooms where it can be avoided in the wet area there was none at all, electrics and water do not mix.
Honestly and I know this will sound a little presumtuous but are you guys naturists as from your discription of likes and dislikes it sound like you would be very comfortable naked but with less of the sex, just there are naturist groups out there who do the whole nudity thing without having to get down and dirty.

Thanks for the info re Partners, duckandbunny. In regard to your question, I understand where you're coming from, I think, but yes, we are definitely comfortable with the sex and looking forward to getting down and dirty, as you put it.
