As im a swinging heaven virgin, im just learning the ropes...i'm picking it up pretty well tho!
Just a question about sending messages to others via their profles/photo ads. (apologies if this has been posted elsewhere!)
If I send a message to someone, do they have to be a full member to open it and read it!?

well, as far as I'm aware, a basic non-paying member canopen and read a pm, but they cant reply to it. Nor (I'm 90% sure on this one) can they see any pic you've atteched to the message
(They can view your profile but not pictures - they can see your 'profile pic (the small one that comes up on your profile) but not those in your gallery.)
You can put your email address/ phone number in a private message (pm) and they can see that (for your info: but posting email addresses or phone numbers in the forum/ chatrooms itself is not allowed - and I wouldnt recommend trying to send it by whisper in chat just in case you forget to highlight the person not 'chat to all'
- its far 'safer' to send by pm

not sure if that bit's right.....i think if you send an email addy to a non paying member in a PM it gets deleted out by the system......I might be wrong though...

This is just how I think it is, and like I said I might be wrong......but from when I was a free member, whilst members can put email addys and numbers into PM's, the system automatically edits them out when they are sent to a free member...I wasn't in anyway saying that PM's could be read by anyone else.
Like i said I may be wrong but that's just how I remember it to be.

just to clarify I set up a free account and sent a Pm from this account to the free one with an email in it and the email was deleted from it......where as when Dark set one up and replied to an add on it she could see the email on the free account....
oh I'm confused now.....blondes can't cope with stuff like this

Free members can send winks, but not full PM's -- so they can express an interest. Then its down to you to persuade them to fork out some cash to join as a full member so that they can reap the benefits of your sparkling personality.

Bit gutted tho now, coz all the females i've PM'd probably aren't full members and i've put my email in the message - now there never going to reply unless they pay up I guess!: :cry:
