Hi all
We (my wife and I) are just thinking about getting into the scene but we are very nervous and know none of the terminology (looking on the ads helped a little) .
Is there a guide to the terms and acronyms used in the scene? initially we would be interested in watching another couple and possibly joining in but not swapping partners to the extent of having no physical contact with the other couple, what would this be called (i just know someone is going to say boring biggrin ). we want to take this very slowly to start off with and dont want to spoil it with a bad experiance.
Darkmage
Hey Darkmage, firstly Welcome!!! biggrin
Secondly, try not to get too hung up on terminology, just get comfortable with your limits and what you are and aren't willing to do.......you don't need to know the technical terms, you can easily get across what it is you want.
But for the record, I think what you want is called Soft Swinging....but I'm sure someone will correct me.
I always thought soft-swinging was touching-and-oral with other people?
My point exactly rolleyes it would be nice to get this straight so we dont go answering ads or even putting one up and getting or giving the wrong ideas from the start, may i suggest a FAQ and terminology section as a sticky, it might help those who are nervous about even replying to an add in case we do something embarresing, for instance i cant see why so many people stipulate no w/s, i personally like "wearing stilletoes"!!!
I like wearing stilletto's too...!
I think what you need to do, to be honest is to read other ads, place your own carefully wording it...when you get replies use the pm method to get the who does what and when to who bit in the right order before you meet, and that should be fine? Anyhows welcome to the nuthouse, and if I seem a little bit odd...wait till you meet the rest of the crew???
You shouldn't assume that whoever you're takling to knows what the terminology means either, btw.
