The forums are a great way to get to know people, either in here or the Lets Meet Up forum. There are loads of socials and munches you may find one locally, great way to get to meet other members. Also try the chatrooms, there's enough of them to keep you going for a while!
Who you arrange to meet and how you go about it is really dependant on what you're looking for. You could start by putting some pics on your profile though beware of cock shots, it does tend to put some people off. Post a couple of ads too and sit back and wait for your mailbox to fill up!

I don't think there's an easy answer to your question - I'm sure you'll get many different views on this.
The good thing about swinging with one couple is it's more personal - but just make sure it's a couple you feel very comfortable with.
A club means there's more people and maybe you'd enjoy having a look round, seeing what goes on and joining in at your own pace. On the down side you may find it all a bit overwhealming.
Personally, I chose my first club experience to be with a group of people I knew from here and went in the afternoon.

:welcome: from me too - I'm also a newbie and have found that if you have genuine questions that need answering there are lots of helpful folk about to either try and give advice or point you in a direction of where you can find answers.
In MHO I think the best rule to go by is you get out of SH what you put in. Good luck in your search and I hope you have fun!
