So in summary so far.. in your stay here you have managed to hack off the doggers for making sweeping generalisations... and now the single guys and girls with remarks of contempt..and a few ex mods thrown in for good measure....
and you want to still come to a munch??? well i sort of admire you in a way.... do you have any more choice remarks that you care to add to the rest of us "not worthy"

F*** I have just finished polishing our skiis checking our passports and making sure our membership to the gym is not about to expire... Our wellies have been washed and we were just about to reply when we realised were just outside the bl**dy age range....
Oh well just as well there are other less than perfect beings with personality to play with this weekend...... and play we will lol. Must be a burden being so self rightous and perfect, not to mention lonely! Get real guys get real, surely a mention about a personality in there would help.
Our advice would be to meet people and see them for what they are not what YOU want them to be, we have met some less than perfect people in your eyes who are the nicest people you could meet and very horny with it.. we have also met some really fit (flat tummies too lol) people who turned out to be dry humourless self obsessed nobodies who think way way to much of themselves to have fun.... Wasn't you guys by any chance??

When I saw the title of your thread, I thought you were trying to rally newbies together to meet up or share concerns. How wrong was I?
You've been members for almost a year and still haven't found anyone? Stop having a dig at people, go to a munch or a social with no expectations - you might be surprised - you might even realise that you've set your standards unrealistically high. You may even meet a nice couple/single female/single male who you 'click' with. I'm not saying that there's anything wrong with deciding what you're looking for, but have an open mind and meet some swingers - see if your criteria change.

Funny you should say that! We are going skiing next week! With a couple we are friends with, but they are not into swinging. Never mind we all have a good laugh and don't complain about the prices or choke each other with cigarette smoke. We also have the good sense not to over drink and then act like complete arseholes. Thats something we have found in 5 star hotels, people behave themselves and look after themselves better. Such a shame air fares are so cheap now a days, lets the riff raff get onto the slopes. Oh well, you never know we might meet in the gym or the bar, you can tell us a few â€œCocktailsâ€ over a cocktail, LOL

Do you get it?? We couldn't careless what doggers or singles think! Because we are not interested in them! We clearly state we do not want single men in our ad. But until we blocked them, they still contacted us! Wankers!

I don't know quite what your insecurities are, but you need to deal with them - until you do, you really will enjoy sad and lonely lives. It must be quiet up there at the top of the tower .......
FWIW, I would class myself in the 'well off' bracket you seem so desperate to want to be included within. How do I quantify this ? I own three cars (none of which cost less than Â£30k) a large country house, and I fly all over the world being a real 'swinging big dick' in business.
Now, I ask myself, does this make me a better person than anyone else standing next to me ?

In fact, some of my best friends work long hoours for crap pay, but they enjoy their lives because they don't place unwarranted expectations on others. And that's why they are friends - for their character, not their worth.
And, for the record, most of the people that I meet in these 'fantastic far off places' are complete asses. I have regularly donned a pair of jeans and a t-shirt, and headed for the down-town areas rather than eat in a 5 or 6 star hotel for exactly this reason.
Get real, get a life and grow up - you can't change everyone else, but you can change yourselves. I suggest you do.

SAD AND LONELY?? We certainly aren't that!
We have standards we expect and have no intension of being with people who moan and winch about the cost of things. We are not seeking millionaires! Simply people on the same level. We have lots of dinner parties and friends we share walks and holidays with, but they do not swing. We placed an ad here to see if we could find some more friends who do. Seems we should just continue as we are and keep the fantasy just that. No complications, share our bedroom with the fit couple having fun in the porno movie. Since all we wanted was same room fun, well we suppose thatâ€™s it.

The 'hardcore', to which you refer, were also newbies at one time. Maybe these are the people who actually know what they're talking about, rather than the crock of shit that some newbies dip into before they post.
I'm a bit confused by your posts - you've stated above that you won't be attending munches or clubs, so why (quoted below) did you ask whether people were pressured by single guys at clubs etc? It doesn't really matter if they were, if you don't intend to go to one, does it?
