No Reply To Adds..Rude, Arrogant, Timewasters Or Just Lazy??

i must admitt, the emails we get are worse if i go on cam, 9 times out of ten we do reply if there isnt too many to reply too, however, what i do find annoying at times is when u take the time to reply esp if its a sorry ur not for us typeof email, and a week later, they email u the same email, and again a week later, this is when i feel like why did i take the time to reply to ur email, when they couldnt of even took the time to read my reply, or maybe its jus me that has this problem banghead

What Hj means is not that non memebers but free members.
Actually you have to place an add on the site when you join wether you want one or not it won't let you jion unless you do, a little strange I thought when i joined especially as you can't reply to your replies unless as hj pointed out you sent back one of your winks. I think it's a way of getting free memebers to upgrade a bit like look at what you could have confused

But pointless if the person joining doesn't actually want to meeet up and very annoying for members that do and are trawling through the adds. Might be helpful if it stated as to wether or not the add was placed by a paying member. Or better still simply remove the compulsary add section from the sign up process.

as part of the joining up rules you have to place an add and thus new members cannot reply other than winking

When i hear of people complaining that they dont get replies to PM's they send i usually think it has something to do with the recipient (advertiser) not being interested in the response they have been recieved.....
now it seems that some people couldnt respond even if they wanted to....

To be fair, I have seen adverts where they say they cannot reply, which always made me wonder why they placed it (until I read that you had to place an ad when you join)

Isnt it obvious? You join as a free member and have to place an ad. You then get hundreds of replies (if you are lucky) to said ad. The powers that be make it so you cannot reply in the hope that you will part with cash to join fully in order to reply to all the nice people who have bothered to contact you.

Shame Sh isn't listening; after all swinging is meant to be pressure free yet the first experience of joining this site is being made to place an advertisment :sad:

We will generally reply to anyone who sends us a decent message, even if its just to say no thanks.
We don't normally reply to winks and we never send them now (I sent a few in our fist week or so before Alex set me straight on that, but this was all new to me then so there you go...
