What can we do about no-shows...bloomin' people that claim to be almost at your doorstep then never arrive; no apology....and then don't appear in any of the chatrooms afterwards. Usually find such also-rans indulge in extended chat and mail ping-pong - perhaps they get it off in some fantasy-land without getting their arses off the black swivel chair. Anyone else had the same problem?
