Tony says the expressions on my face more than make up for it though so i don't mind :lol:
It don't make you any worst in bed because you grit your teeth.. We have never had any problems with it while we have been swinging so i shouldn't worry to much, there is plenty of others like us

I am very noisy (I warn my partners in case they want to use earplugs) but I love it when my partner uses my name. It makes it so much more intimate, assuming they use the right one.

perhaps more a psychological thing, sexual activity is nothing to be 'ashamed' of, but when you're conditioned to keeping your own pleasure 'stifled' cos ya mom's in the next room, it may well be that you just dont allow yourself to let go - at home or elsewhere.
Its a learning curve, which starts with you being comfortable and allowing your body to take over. The fact you havent had alot of sex has nothing to do with it - perhaps more that you havent had much experience of sensuality & expression.
