Perhaps the expression for such discrimination is 'Swingerism'......................... rolleyes
I don't get offended on here by other peoples likes and dislikes because as many folk have pointed out, it's about choice and what floats your boat.
After all I have a penchant for ladies with a spot...but there arn't any  .......Oh wait!!! yes there is .... bolt
redface Sorry! Northy told me to do it lol

I disagree Atom... I would say discrimmination is not allowed in this site which is why you see adverts for ALL.
I agree with Dawnie, it's about choices.

I understand why you think I am wrong, but if a job ad stated 'whites only' this would be called discrimination. It may only be the employer's personal choice but still it is called discrimination.
I am not saying that is a bad thing at all on this site, I am just saying people are not offended by it when they see it on ads etc.
I suppose the difference between it not being alright for a job and being ok for sex is that employers should and are expected to employ people that are able and qualified to do the job they are applying for, but in sex we have absolutely no control over what we like. We just know we like it full stop. Nothing we can do about it. If I don't like something about a person even if it is something minor like an outy belly button instead of an inny I can not have sex with them (I just used that as an example by the way its not true wink )So if I advertise for what I like there's more chance of me and someone else having sex.

Discrimination for me means that you really dont like a certain type of person eg white, black, asian etc.
There's malice involved.
On here it's all about the type of person you may or may not fancy having sex with. You may not want to have sex with certain types of people but generally you get on really well with them, that's not discrimination.

The one I've seen that I actually find offensive is "Black guys welcome". Surely with the amount of mail some women get they could choose who they did or didn't reply to? Fair enough if they are specifically looking for a black guy to put "Looking for a black guy" but to say black guys welcome just doesn't sound right. (I'm not putting this across very well)

I understand why people do it....where some people are left out of normal searches, i suppose that is there way of being all-inclusive so to speak...
being on the other end of the "race" stuff... since you brought it up.... there is a huge difference between being told that "sorry I don't play with black people" and "fuck off, I don't play with N******"
water off a ducks back to me, and one of the reasons why i don't really look at ads anymore is that I got more of the latter than the former... sad but true, I see it as a lucky escape.. as in people i know to avoid
back to the original point... I don't see it as discrimination at all... I see it as people having prefrences, some like big/tall/fat/thin/large/skinny people and each to their own... no one is forced to do or play with people they don't like........
