Two people.
Top half was girl with no legs, ie. disabled. Bottom half another (girl we assume) scrunched up. Debbie magee maybe?
It's a trick (obviously) in dubious taste. But cleverly pulled off. Notice how he didn't pick his "stooge" straight away.

There are lots of other webpages out there but this is the genuine explanation - I know coz I have seen this video before - except it continued and went on to show EXACTLY how it was done (as described in the link above.)
Personally I'm glad I know the secret, but it does kinda spoil the "WOW" effect of the trick.
