I'm not sure if the posts are a bit of a laugh... but if not...
When I'm working at lushlove or some other fetish event I have one simple "always..." if the shot is not of a specific person who has said "I've no problems with my face being shown" then all distinguishing features are removed such as tats and face and the same rules apply to anyone in the background (you'd be supprised how many people forget the blury out of focus faces!)
While there is no, or little, legal re-course in the UK for "public" photographs the damage is done well before then... the states have case law that, in simple terms, puts self image rights over standard copyright laws... so the use of someones image without concent lands a tog in a whole load of pain... in the uk, if the photos are taken in a "public" place then no concent is required for use of said images except where any attatched text or descriptions may be false or open to liable slander. (although the HR act takes presidence, so the "right to privacy" and vagrency act (for nude images in public) does play a part) My personal take on things is... if you dont have permission for a swinging or BDSM event then you have to mask the faces and tats and other identifying features and i use thoes rules for my own piece of mind as I would not want to inadvertantly "out" someone not because i'm working within the law.

I'm beginning to question whether I was there - I obviously missed so much.
For the more faint-hearted of you (i.e. prospective munchers ) I think you'll have to take the photos as being at the raunchier end of what was going on, in public at least, and is not typical of the overall experience. Take it from me - it was my first munch.
