Hi all
I have an invite through the add section to a party at Oasis in Haringey, North London
Having not been before to any type of party or should I say as it say's in the email
the party is a ''action Party'' not a Munch
What sould I be expecting, and is anyone else here on there invite list
Note i am not mentioning when this is, so if you have an invite please dont same anything on here.
I just want some info so i am prepared. an it would be nice to have someone to meet up with.

This is what I found on The Oasis:
Blue Velvet 50's Fetish Night, Glam, Sleaze, Retro Porn £5 At The Oasis, 386-388 Green Lane, Haringay, (2 mins walk from Green Lane Tube. Buses: n29, 29, 253) 9pm-2:30am, first Thursday in Month only.
So if it's the first Thursday of the month at least you know what to wear now :thumbup:

1. I did mention where it was
2. did not post the location myself as did not want it mentioned as it is a private party i have been told in the email i was sent. so thanks for mentioning address and details on here
3 take it no one else knows about it or is invited then

By just putting Oasis up on the forum allowed some one else to find out where it was maybe by just using google so as postie says "you said it first"....
So do people on her go off and checke every place someone put on here or mentions on her in Google then
If so I will have to remember that in the future
I did not expect when i put the name and place someone to go off and check every place on teh internet with that name
I will be more carefull in teh future.

Its not that difficult to check places with just a few details really...you just gave the main details away...name of club and the area it was in .....you didn't exactly tell people not to check it out or are you just very naive!

Seem yes on this occasion i was naive, will not get caught out again.
and has also made me think more about who comes on this site, in the
end all we are to each other if we have not met is a name.

Postie you haven't done anything wrong by quoting the place so you have no reason to edit it,it's still in the original post and if anything had been done wrong a mod would have edited the original post in the first place.....besides if this club has a website it wants to be checked out!....We all mention clubs on here at some time or another!...no harm done!

The place you mention is a small club in N London, it's been going a good few years now and predominantly hosts Fetish type events though it also caters for swingers. Your decision about whether you want to meet the people you've been invited by obviously, but I think you'd be safe there ... not gonna get your throat slit or anything dodgey like that
