Depends real cockney or one of those fake wide boys?
I could give you a run for your money or give you an MOT just to see that all your parts are working properly.

Just accidentally relocated to the land of hoop earrings and burberry.

Thread hijack - grovel. There are some words you can say to get you into the accent thing, Vivian Leigh is supposed to have said, "Four-wer Door-wer For-wed", (Four Door Ford) before going on the set of Gone with the Wind.
When trying to get back into my home town (Birmingham) accent I can say, "Tyke a buz to Burming'am".
45 years ago, ouch, I went into a sweetshop in Street behind an old boy with bicycle clips round his trousers who said the following to the girl behind the counter, I have never forgotton. "Arh be Arhne then me old zonnor, Oil 'ave alf a poun of them rum n bu'er sweeties". Gets me into Somerset anytime.
