If you are to compile a no-show list..... with a 3 strikes and you're persona non grata.......
Shouldn't each person be considered on their own merits???
I had to put in my apologies for the Notts Munch this year, due to a pressing committment, and then on Saturday, I had to be back in Somerset for 9pm, thus was unable to stay for the Plymouth Munch.
Admittedly, i have sent pm's to both organisers stating why i could not attend, but as this now equates to 2 no-shows......... am i on my last chance?
Things happen on a day to day basis within all of our lives.... and sometimes we are unable to fulfil commitments made weeks in advance.

Just been catching up on the comments about Munches, and non attendants.
Of the two Meets down here. The first meet had 23 people come, with 10 non appearances without a PM. So rather than having 33, we had 23 people.
The second Meet, just gone had 30 people come, with a further 13 non appearances without a PM.
As an organiser, i did find it rude that some people could not even PM me with an apology.
I also noticed with the second meet, that a few people I gave the benefit of the doubt, and again invited, once again failed to turn up.
I have kept a list of those that did and didn't come, to the last two events, and shall refer back to them if necessary in the future.
Bloody fucking racists get my back up esp when they say 'I am not a racist but...'...of course you are a racist-admit it and deal with the consequenses for fucks' sake

This is not a rant. Just a comment.
I don't have "free" access except during the day or I would have commented in the Leeds Lad thread. "What's happening to the country?" or something of this sort.
We were in Australia in 1999 and in conversation with an Australian we were asked if it was not time that the British left Ireland.
I hadn't the heart to answer but I thought the question was a bit much coming from a white man living in Australia.
Sorry. I don't expect a reply. Delete this if you want.

Shireen,
No, not aggressive - just conversational. We go to Australia every couple of years and we have never seen anything but courtesy and friendliness in any of the people we have met.
As far as we can see there is absolutely no anti-british feeling there. "Where is Yorkshire (they pronounce it York Shyer). Is it anywhere near Lanca Shyer?"
A couple of years ago the Australian people were asked in a referendum whether to keep the Queen as Head of State and they voted to keep the Queen.
No, the question wasn't aggressive. It was conversational. I din't react to it.
