I was driving down some motorway or other, and just happened to be stroking my thighs (as you do surprisedops: ) when I needed to brake.
As I lifted my foot off the door pocket to put it on the middle pedal; I noticed that I could actually feel my quads (??)
Since my health started to get a little betterer, I've been trying to put on weight (lotsandlots of cakeybun) - so I was quite pleased to feel a little firmness (as it were)
So pleased in fact, I actually called HLB and giggled down the phone :oops:
