To right you do all those twisty mountian roads nothing like getting you knee down in a corner
who needs drugs after you've been on a bike around some of the country road you have the same look bit like this :shock:

Hi James and Sharon, welcome to SH biggrin

The best advice I can give you is to post in the forums, get yourself known, and build up a rapport with people. If you are looking for a bi-fem, be patient, they are extremely sought after. I don't know any of the Bi-fems on here personally, but do know some quite well from their posts, are they are lovely ladies. If you are honest about being nervous, they will take this into account. I really think your best chance is by becoming known on here, and then getting an invite to one of the social events, where you can meet people in a no pressure environment, and have the chance to see if you all click.

marmite can be a bit of a problem to open in the cold weather if you have spilt some around the thread of the jar it sets confused

easiest way to open is turn jar upside down with lid in hot water for couple of mins & hey presto an easily opened jar biggrin

& could i recommend getting a jar of tahini its the best with marmite on toast :D :D :D
