anyone got any good ideas to kill it.
Did intend to watch Ice sakting in London Tomorrow but not sure at mo as hand Throbs.
Try taking an Ibuprofen and rest your hand on a warm hot water bottle. Works for my back wink

What he forgot to tell you was that his hand is throbbing from the weight of the marmite sandwich he's holding!! :giggle:
Sparky, my friend - looks like you've got the perfect combination here - good medical advice from T-J and TLC from the inestimable Dawn - what more could a man want eh? Hope it's better soon.
I'm with Dawn I HATE MARMITE!!
If you are allergic to Ibuprofen, you'll be allergic to most other NSAIDs, so for over the counter pain relief, your limited to Paracetamol, Codiene or Aspirin based pain killers.
Try Codiene (Cocodamol) although they can cause constipation.
have a large vodka :0)
hope your hands gets better soon !!!!! Hope its not the one you need for most tasks

there's a homeopathic remedy called Hypericum which is good for nerve pain.
Buy it from any well known pharmacy chain that has a name relating to footwear.
