Partners - ladies toilet disappeared

We went to Partners last night and I was very disappointed to see that they have taken out the ladies toilet. There are two washing machines in its place now. Ladies have to share the same toilet as men which I personally think is wrong. The other annoying thing is that there is no privacy if you want to powder your nose. The ladies toilet had a mirror in so now you have to use the mirror in the changing rooms were anybody can just walk past. I'm not a prude or anything - far from it. However, I do think we deserve a little space for ourselves. It seems to me as if they don't see it as a priority. They get so many couples going in there of a weekend and I'm sure other ladies will feel the same as me. I was going to complain when I was leaving but the receptionist was having a bit of an arguement with one of the customers so we just left.

Hummm, I didn't know that Partners ever had different toilets for girls and boys.... they've always been shared as far as I can remember (probably been going about two years now).... unless they used to have some bogs that I never noticed - which is quite possible rolleyes

I can't say it bothers me how the bogs are arranged as long as they're clean - which they always seem to be at Partners.

Hi Blue. It wasn't really separate. It was situated in the same place as the mens but it was just done out a bit more "girlie" with a mirror in and stuff. I do agree that they are always clean as you say.

Ohhhhhhh, well, I'm going tonight so I'll see if I notice anything different - haven't been since Feb, so I might notice, then again I might not wink

I was thinking of having some fun tonight but didn't know where to go really... now all I have to do is find me a cheperone! ;)

And I didn't even notice the urinals til my third visit to partners! Shows how observant I am! redface

It's not the urinals I'm bothered about it is having knowhere to do your hair or make up in private. The only place now is in the changing rooms where everyone is in the way. The toilet had a mirror in. Maybe it is just me confused

I said I had plans this weekend, unfortunately they were cancelled due to the other person having to do his laundry rolleyes

Can you believe someone would postpone me for a bit of washing clothes! sad

I'm wondering if I really am crap in bed! lol

What a lame excuse Gem! He could have had a choice of the washing machines which stand in the place of the ladies toilet now lol

Yes, that is true.... but they need the space for the new washing machines. I hear they are starting a new laundry service. You can take your washing, hand it in at reception, you go and get shagged while they do your laundry, then they hand it back to you all clean, fresh and nicely folded. Now..... what a brill service is that.

And I think the loos were all unisex anyway, apart from a sticker on the door which said ladies on the now missing toilet! I don't think anyone actually took any notice of it anyway, so it didn't really bother me.

Yes I know they are unisex BUT the one that used to be labelled "Ladies Toilet" was decorated a bit nicer and it had a mirror. It just felt like a separate space, which I preferred. Obviously nobody else is bothered by it.
