Lions are taking one. 'Bows must be proud!
Methinks the Lions coach (can't bring myself to utter the cretin's name) has got some answering to do. What a debacle!
mad :x :x
Totally agree, it was just embarrassing to watch.
Although saying that the Blacks were awesome in those conditions.
It does make you wonder if we can turn it around at all for next week.
It has been on the cards all tour!! rolleyes
We have struggled against mediocre province sides so we always looked likely to be hammered by the All Blacks!
Ah well, soon be football season!! lol

I'm with you on this one Calista.... can't stand egg-chasing either...
Saw the game myself in local bar and have to agree.
The Kiwis were good and the conditions were terrible but the team must be changed over. The line out was awful, the ball never got out to the wings and the Lions seem to have got the Scot's disease - if plan A does not work lets try it again and then try plan A again and again and again.
Woodward seems to have put far too much faith in the old guard - people of 38/39 playing FGS!!
Ah well, next week to look forward to????
to think that i dragged myself out on bed at 6 and was in the pub at to watch that this morning..
and my bar was packed full of kiwi's and aussies.. so you can imagine what kind of grief i got in there...
so woodwards "stuff the ball up the jumper" style of rugby didn't work.... off to find a plan B
didn't you just know that the decision the "out of form" and the "past it" wouldn't work.. plus leaving henson out of the 22....
sean xxxxxxxxxxxx
p.s and now i watch another brit collapse out of wimbledon in a 5 setter..first tim, then andrew....
mad :x :x :x :x
god when does the proper footie season start again
It was on too early for me to get up and watch and im kidda glad i decided to lay in bed...
I think WOODCOCK has got other balls on his mind.....
and decided to pick a lot of friends instead of the new blood...
biggrin :D :D
Looks like the RFU will be trying to buy more Rugby League players who can only get 1 or 2 year contracts with a Rugby League club because of their age & injuries
